Moore<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pacificalawgroup.com\/attorneys\/b-gerald-johnson\/\">Gerry Johnson<\/a> will moderate panel discussions on current trends in commercial real estate and Seattle\u2019s urban core recovery at the upcoming 35th Annual Advanced Conference on Commercial Real Estate Leases.<\/p>\n<p>Rich, a partner in Pacifica\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pacificalawgroup.com\/practice-areas\/real-estate\/\">Real Estate<\/a> practice group who specializes in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pacificalawgroup.com\/practice-areas\/real-estate\/commercial-real-estate-leasing\/\">commercial leasing<\/a>, is program co-chair for the two-day conference, which will take place in Seattle on December 14 and 15, 2023. Rich will moderate \u201cOwner Perspectives on Meeting Market Demand,\u201d a panel discussion about the primary issues landlords face as they adjust to changes in demand for commercial real estate. Rich will also present \u201cNegotiating Leverage in Today\u2019s Commercial Leasing Market\u201d alongside Program Co-Chair Aleana W. Harris, Esq. Rich has served as program co-chair for the Conference since 2005.<\/p>\n<p>Gerry, a Pacifica founding partner who focuses on major community projects, particularly those realized through <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pacificalawgroup.com\/practice-areas\/real-estate\/public-private-transactions\/\">public-private partnerships<\/a>, will moderate a panel discussion about \u201cUrban Core Recovery Trends.\u201d The presentation will provide an update on the implementation and evolution of the Seattle Recovery Plan created to restore vibrancy and prosperity to Seattle\u2019s downtown core following the COVID-19 pandemic.<\/p>\n<p>A production of Law Seminars International (LSI), the Annual Advanced Conference on Commercial Real Estate Leases will take place at the Renaissance Seattle Hotel and live online.
